Refund policy

We're a very small operation and charitable effort, and we print every product at the time the order is placed, so unfortunately, we're not able to accommodate returns or exchanges. Before placing your order, please refer to the Product Description and Size Chart to help you find the proper size. If you have any questions about sizing or fabric specifications, you can also refer to the Sizing and Fabric Specs Page or email cwo@wearearthtones.com

All orders are, at the minimum, triple quality checked before being packaged for shipment, but we are all imperfectly perfect human beings and an *imperfect item (see definition below) may have slipped by our eyes. If so, please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of your delivery date (no exceptions) at cwo@wearearthtones.com so that we can work to resolve the issue. Please note, a photo of the imperfection, quality control tag, and additional information may be necessary and requested.
